How does shipping work?

To make expectations easy to follow, free shipping is shown only when checkout confirms eligibility. Processing normally takes about 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 3–5 business days for delivery or transit.

Can I return or exchange a new item?

Yes. Defective and non-defective goods may be returned by mail or exchanged within 30 days after delivery. A change of mind or wrong selection is eligible only when the item is new, unused, in original condition, and accompanied by its packaging, labels, tags, and accessories. The free return label is included in the parcel, and there is no restocking fee.

What if an order is damaged or wrong?

Send the order number, checkout email, explanation, and photos or video of the item and packaging for damage, defects, incorrect shipments, or missing contents.

When is an approved refund processed?

It is returned to the original payment method within 10 days after approval.
